The working harbour and the town centre with its varied selection of restaurants, including gourmet fish & oyster restaurants, art galleries, unique shops and a museum are nearby.

There is plenty to do in and around Whitstable, whether it be sailing, wind surfing, cycling or strolling along the seafront enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
Whitstable is also conveniently located for a visit to the historic city of Canterbury with it’s Cathedral and modern shopping centre.
Dover & Folkestone are within easy reach for a day trip to France.
